DIY Spooky Basket Take Home Kit
Celebrate the season with a cozy craft! Swing by and pick up a Fall for Fine Arts Kit filled with supplies and step-by-step instructions to help you create a craft right from the comfort of your home. Are you ready for spooky season? Register for this fun craft where you can make your own spooky Halloween bucket!

Dino Dimensions Show!
Jurassic World Movie Take Home Kit
Attention Jurassic Park lovers! Register to reserve your Jurassic World Interactive Movie Experience Take Home Kit to watch at home! (Movie Not Included) Kits will be ready to take home November 1st through November 15th. Once registered, you can pick up your kit at the Lower Level Circulation Desk starting Saturday, November 15st. Kits will no longer be available for pickup after November 24th

Youth Programming
Builder’s Club
Join Ida’s Builder’s Club where you can show off your creativity by building with LEGOs! We will have different challenges, themes, and contests along the way in this once a month Builders Club!

Fall Club Next
Join us for Club Next! Each month will be a different theme where we will have different games, crafting materials, Chromebooks, Nintendo Switch Games, and activities for you to do while you hang out at the library. This program is designated for youth (2nd-5th grade).

Fall Story Sprouts
Wednesdays at 10:30am
Join us on Wednesday mornings on the lower level in the meeting room for Story Sprouts! This weekly program is geared towards your preschool-aged reader (ages 3-5) to engage in stories, activities, and crafts!

Fall Tiny Tales/Open Play
Tiny Tales is for Ida’s tiniest readers to socialize and engage in early literacy! Tiny Tales Story Time is designed for babies from newborn to 2 years and their caregiver(s)! This story time happens on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month.
Bring your little one to Open Play with us! On the first, third, and occasionally the 5th Thursday of the month at 10:30am to socialize, play, and learn!

Mini Monster Mash
Stop by for a not-so-spooky mini monster mash! There will be music, toys, and other fun activities for you and your little pumpkin or pumpkins, ages 2 and under. Costumes are not required, but encouraged!

Read and Roar Storytime
Calling all young dinosaur fans! To celebrate Dinovember, we are hosting a special Read and Roar Storytime. Register to listen to a dinosaur read aloud, move like a dinosaur, and complete a dino craft. Registration Required.

Teen Programming
Teen Hangouts-Fall
Thursday, September 11th, at 5:00PM – Bedazzle A Book is back! Bring one of your favorite books and decorate the cover with gems, putting your own spin on it. We will have all the materials you need and If you don’t have a book you can use, don’t worry – you can use one of our discarded books! 14 and up!
Thursday, October 23rd, at 6:00PM – Get into the fall spirit at our Teen Pumpkin Carving Program! Whether you’re going for spooky, silly, or an intricate design, come hang out and enjoy the season with friends. We’ll supply pumpkins but you can bring your own as well. 15 and up!

Chair Yoga for Adults
Start your Tuesday morning off right with Chair Yoga! This workout session is perfect for individuals of all different ages, stages, and physical ability. The stretching and breathing in these yoga inspired moves will help increase flexibility, mobility, and calming of the mind.

First Thursday of every month at 6:00PM
String Thing
It’s a STRING THING hangout! Attention all string addicts-bring your latest string projects and hang out with other string addicts once a month to work on them and chat. Knitting, crocheting, quilting, embroidery, or whatever your string thing is, you are sure to find like-minded stringers to socialize with.
